Every season rotates the lens — Season 1 follows the server through her shift, every episode dropping us into a different patron’s life. Stories accumulate. Stories echo. By the final episode, the server walks to the kitchen, takes a shot herself — and we finally meet the patron we never noticed at the bar. Future seasons rotate the POV: same place, different witness, different stories.
